Sponge Bob Punch Art

I'm back from my break. School is out....summer is here and we've been hanging at the pool, but I've spent this weekend catching up on some projects. Today's card is Sponge Bob and isn't he cute! My niece's little boy is having a birthday soon and I thought he'd like this. Happy early birthday Christopher!

Here's what I used:

• Bigz Clear Scallop Square

• Card Stock : Yo Yo Yellow, Certainly Celery, Basic Black, Whisper White, Real Red & Brilliant Blue
  
• Punches: Large Oval, 1-1/4", 1", 1/2", 1/8", Heart to Heart &  Horizontal Slot
• Ink: Certainly Celery & Bashful Blue
• White Gel Pen

OMG!! How cute is this!! VERY!! My granddaughter LOVES Sponge Bob!! She would LOVE this card!! :) How did you make the circles on his face? You listed several sizes of circle paper punches in your supplies used list, but the circles look stamped on. :)
